Troubleshooting Mismatched MPNs

View and correct mismatched product identifiers so your site stays well merchandised.

Navigate to this by going to Settings > POS Sync > Process Items > MPN/GTIN Mismatch.

  • This report will only appear if you've changed the MPN or GTIN for an existing item in your POS system.
    • This is not recommended, it's far better to create a new item instead.
  • The report shows the MPN/GTIN from your POS, the MPN/GTIN that was mapped, and our library's MPN/GTIN for the same item.
    • The best course of action is to delete the item from Admin. If the item continues to appear and cause issues, you must correct it in your POS system to remedy the issue.
