      Performance Management Setup

      Follow the steps below to complete the initial setup of Performance Management.

      Get Started with Performance Management

      • Review the Sales Settings to determine how the metrics within the sales module are calculated
      • Review your Inventory Settings to set Open to Buy and Forecasting settings
      • Setup Staff & Payroll to get started with scheduling and budgeting for your team
      • Install Traffic Hardware (if using) to understand the number of consumers who visit your store and get data on days and time of day.
