      Performance Management Quick Start Guide

      Follow the steps below to complete the initial setup of Performance Management in WorkstandIQ.

      • Complete the initial account setup steps.
      • Review the Sales Settings to determine how the metrics within the sales module are calculated
      • Review your Inventory Settings to set Open to Buy and Forecasting settings
      • Setup Staff & Payroll to get started with scheduling and budgeting for your team
      • Install Traffic Hardware (if using) to understand the number of consumers who visit your store and get data on days and times of day.
